Our Luxury Villa has a high standard of fixtures and fittings throughout, making this feel like a luxurious home from home. These standards are rarely seen in a rental property. The home is on two levels with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. There is a meet and greet service on arrival for all guests at the home. The local community also has the added bonus of a children's play area, swimming pool, and cabana for all our guests to enjoy.

There are twin sinks in all master bathrooms and tiled floors in the kitchen, nook, family room and all other bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a side-by-side fridge freezer, containing an ice maker. There is also a range cooker, microwave and dish washer.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closets. The bedroom consist of a king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and three twin bed rooms all have center lighting and ceiling fans for added convenience. The main bedroom has full en-suite facilities. Valuables can be deposited in the safe which is provided free of charge.

Amenities

The Links is Located within the new community of Somerset, just 1 mile from the US 192, with all of its restaurants and shops. The community is a sub-division of the Remington Golfing Community and is located at the eastern end of Kissimmee, 3 miles from the town of St Cloud.

Attractions

The villa is only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, 20 Minutes from Sea World and Universal studios. Orlando International Airport is only 15 minutes away. It is within 1 hour's drive of the spectacular beaches at Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast.

Shopping/Dining

There is a wealth of shops and restaurants on highway 192 including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster. TGI's etc along with Chinese, Italian, More information will be in the villa.

Rental Rates

The prices are per week for the villa and not per person. All prices include taxes. Discounts given for booking three weeks and over Loyalty discount for repeat bookings.
