Very spacious (2157sq.ft) Luxury 4 bedroom single storey home, furnished to a very high standard, recently decorated and recarpeted throughout. Large south facing pool, with underwater lighting for a night swim after a hard day at the parks, fully fenced garden for added privacy. Mickey & Minnie themed bedroom for the kids. T.V.s in 2 bedrooms and a playstation 2. We have a Games Room with pool table, air hockey, football table and darts. We have ample patio furniture and numerous inflatables for the kids. For our young guests we have a pushcahir, cot, high chair and a playpen.

Features

Bedroom 1	The master bedroom is situated at the front of the house, it has a queen size bed, 2nd tv with cable and video, and radio alarm. The en-suite bathroom has twin vanity units, walk-in shower and large marble bath tub.
Bedroom 2	Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, double wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bedroom 3	Bedroom 3 is for the sporty fans it has twin beds, it has a TV and Playstation 2 with a variety of games.
Bedroom 4	Bedroom 4 is our themed Mickey room with twin beds.It has a selection of books and toys. Bedroom
Bathrooms	Our 2nd bathroom is situated at the rear of the house between bedrooms 2,3 & 4 and has access out to the pool
Kitchen	Kitchen has full size range, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, toaster, blender and all the usual kitchen utensils.
Utility Room	Seperate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & ironing facilities.

Booking Notes

A deposit of £150/$200 per week is required at booking with the balance due 10 wweks before arrival. We also ask at this time for a security deposit of £200/$300, refundable 7 days after your holiday, as long as there are no damages. (see our t & C)

No minimum stay but a cleaning chargs of $80 is added for 5 nights or less.
