Features

Lounge The formal lounge is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. With its cosy sofa?s and chairs why not just grab a book from our library and feel cosseted and pampered.
Family Room The spacious family room has a sofa, loveseat and chair to enjoy the HDTV in. There is also a DVD player and even a stereo system in the unlikely event that you can?t find something to watch from the 80 something channels!!
Dining Room The formal dining area will delight those who like to dine in style. The informal dining nook looks out over the pool to the conservation land behind our home. Can you think of any better way to start the day.
Bedroom 1 There is a Master suite downstairs which is ideal for Grandparents or the less able. With a full en-suite bathroom that also has access to the lanai and deck, this bedroom has a Queen sized bed, nightstands, wardrobe, cable TV and alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 2 Upstairs to the King Suite and you really will say ?WOW? when you open the double doors to this spectacular room. This room is huge, and the King sized bed is almost dwarfed by it. There is a cable TV and DVD player as well as beautiful furnishing.
Bedroom 3 The third Master suite has a Queen sized bed, cable TV with DVD and VCR, walk in closet and separate bathroom.
Bedroom 4 The Mickey Mouse Twin room will delight our younger guests. Again with cable TV, DVD, and VCR but this time they are Mickey themed!! With yet another walk in closet you will be wondering how to fill all the space.
Bedroom 5 The final Twin room again has a cable TV and walk in closet and is suitably decorated for the young and young at heart.
Kitchen The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you can think of to either grab a quick snack or sit down to a banquet. The breakfast bar seats 3 and another 6 at the nook table means everyone can dine together if they wish.
Utility Room The laundry room has a large washing machine and dryer as well as iron, ironing board and hanging space.
Games Room As if all this wasn?t enough to keep you entertained, there is also the games room. With a pool table, foosball table, yet another cable TV, dart board and table and chairs you may have to bribe the kids to actually go out for the day.
Pool Fully screened, our extended deck looks out over lush conservation land. Relax and catch some sun on the luxury loungers or if the Florida sun is a little too much just retreat to the lanai where you can still enjoy the view and stay cool.
Other Info Upstairs there is another family room perfect for the kids, with a corner sofa, coffee table, and occasional tables with lamps, cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo system and Xbox games console. This means the kids can chill out and play games.

Rental Rates

The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is extra.
