Our dream villa just south of Disney boasts a huge secluded plot, private pool & spa, poolside gas BBQ, and great views over lakes and conservation areas.

Inside you will find 4 bedrooms for 8 people (2 masters and 2 twin-bedded themed childrens rooms), cable TV throughout, a games room, free wireless internet connection, free phone calls, Gamecube & computer games, DVDs, books, board games... and everything you could think of.

The Abbey is set on one of the highest points in central Florida and overlooks trees, orange groves and conservation areas. On a clear night you can see the fireworks from Epcot as you laze in the warm pool, soak in the bubbling jacuzzi, or enjoy a romantic meal on the lovely balcony.

The rural setting means you are close enough to reach comforts such as McDonalds, Publix supermarket, Chinese restaurants and Pizzas within 5 minutes drive, yet your night time sounds will consist of the crickets and bullfrogs in the conservation area, and the sound of water burbling from the jacuzzi into the swimming pool.

2 minutes away at Champions Gate Golf Complex is some of the finest championship golf in the area and there are many more top class golf courses within a few minutes drive.

The parks are easily accessible via the newly-widened I4 (right by Champions Gate) with Disney just ten minutes away, Sea World 15, and Universal 20. Orlando International airport is also just a very simple & pleasant 30 minute drive along the I4 and the 528.

Lounge	Huge flatscreen TV; DVD; Gamecube; selection of DVDs, books, games...; very comfortable sofas and character beanie chairs. Sliding glass doors out to the pool area and hot tub. (Remember: all doors are alarmed for the safety of your children).
Dining Room	Ceramic tile flooring; seating for 8 people; high-chair available if required. Sliding glass doors out to the pool area and hot tub. (Remember all doors are alarmed to stop children getting to the pool without your knowledge).
Bedroom 1	Huge master bedroom situated on the ground floor and opens through sliding glass doors to the pool area. It has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with sunken tub and a separate shower. Also includes TV and clock/radio.
Bedroom 2	The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed and enjoys wonderful views from the large balcony. A table and chairs on the balcony means sun-worshippers can bake during the day, whilst in the evening it provides a lovely place to relax over a late meal.
Bedroom 3	Bedroom 3 has twin beds and is decorated with a Spiderman theme. In each one you will find appropriate cuddly toys and bean-chairs, plus cable TV and a clock-radio.
Bedroom 4	Bedroom 4 has twin beds and is decorated with a Mickey & Minnie theme. You will find appropriate cuddly toys and bean-chairs, plus a special Disney DVD player & cable TV, as well as a clock-radio.
Bathrooms	There are ensuites in both master bedrooms, plus a family bathroom linked to both twin rooms, and a bathroom downstairs.
Kitchen	Everything you need! Ceramic flooring; refrigerator with ice maker; large electric range; built-in microwave; dishwasher; washing machine and tumble-dryer; coffee maker; blender; toaster; kettle; steam iron etc. Chef Mickey surveys from atop the fridge!
Utility Room	Large and efficient washing-machine & tumble drier, plus iron, ironing-board, clother airer.
Games Room	Super Games Room offers full size table tennis table, sturdy foosball/table football game, plus a smart new air-hockey table.... Appropriate sporting memorabilia adorns each wall. No family holiday will be complete without at least one family challenge!
Pool	Private, screened & extended 15?x30? swimming pool is surrounded by extended decking providing plenty of allday sun for the sun-loungers, table and chairs. Also, the simple to use spa is a really relaxing place to unwind & the poolside BBQ is a dream!
Other Info	Underwater lighting for those late-night dips. Pool heating can be arranged for a small additional charge.

The Abbey at West Haven is a highly prestigious & up-market development. The plots are far larger than most in Central Florida and ours is the largest of them all. favoured, elevated position on a no-through road in this gated community over-looking a wooded conservation area and wetland. Minutes from Greg Norman and David Leadbetter's new Champions Gate Golf Resort and is less than 15 minutes from Disney World. Also within easy reach are shopping malls, restaurants and local activities in

Shopping/Dining

All the great shopping areas in Central Florida are easy to reach - our favourite for ease of access is Premium Outlets (by SeaWorld) but we also enjoy Millenia Mall (past Universal) & the Florida Mall is huge! Downtown Disney is also a great venue for shopping, & Buena Vista Factory Stores, the Nike Factory Stores... the list is endless! Dining is similarly superb. We love Chilis & TGI Fridays. IHOP & Dennys are simply great & Ruby Tuesday's is a little different. Bob Evans is our new fave!

Booking Notes

A 20% deposit and booking form are required to confirm your dates. We then allocate a lockbox number so you can access the villa keys from outside the villa. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Minimum stay is 5 nights.
