| Dining Room | When it comes to dining, you have plenty of options. The large, airy, kitchen/dining space has no less than 3 different areas for serving up at family meal times. And don't forget the patio area and barbecue outside - so Dad gets the chance to cook too! |
| Bedroom 1 | The master bedroom is a tranquil & romantic retreat. With a TV plus its own en-suite bathroom, including his & hers washbasins, kingsize bath and separate shower, and access to the pool, the master suite is your very own self-contained pampering space. |
| Bedroom 2 | The second double bedroom has a sunny south-facing view out over the pool area. Guests sleeping here wake up to a view of swaying palm trees, sparkling waters, and blue skies. |
| Bedroom 3 | You have a choice of twin bedrooms as your 3rd bedroom. You can choose between a twin room with decor themed for young kids, or one with a more adult theme and its own TV. |
| Bathrooms | "Comfort Landings" has two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have both a bath and a shower. |
| Kitchen | The larger-than-average kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has a breakfast nook with table and chairs, as well as a separate breakfast bar and there's also a large family dining area. |
| Utility Room | There are full laundry facilities at the villa, including washer, tumble dryer, and ironing kit. |
| Games Room | The stylish games room has something of a "1950s diner" feel to it, & is equipped with high quality table tennis, air hockey, & table football. It's great fun, for kids & adults alike. |
| Pool | The pool is screened and, along with the garden and patio, is south-facing and completely private. Thanks to the high privacy fence around the garden, you aren't overlooked at all. Pool heat is available as an option if required. |
Amenities
"Comfort Landings" is ideally located for getting to and from all the theme parks and major attractions. Its proximity to the interstate, which is only a couple of miles away, makes it ultra-quick & easy to get around. The villa is very close to fields of wonderful orange groves, and yet there's a host of restaurants, takeaways, and supermarkets only 5-10 minutes away.
Attractions
Disney World is 15 minutes away; Sea World, Universal Studios & International Drive are a further 5-10 minutes. To Cape Canavarel on the east coast, or to Busch Gardens or the Gulf Coast beach resorts such as Clearwater, it's about an hour.
