Birkdalevilla is a luxurious six bedroom, four bathroom holiday home over looking the seventh green of the prestigious Highlands Reserve championship golf course.Only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and a short drive from Disney, the house is only minutes away from a supermarket, shops and restaurants.
The house is equipped to a high standard throughout.
The recent extension of the deck and lanaii enhances the facility. Renters have the sun from early morning until sunset, but have the lanaii for shade if they wish.8 Loungers, 10 chairs, 2 tables and a barbeque are all situated on the deck.
The villa has 9 tv's and 8 dvd's.The games room is well equipped with pool, table tennis,basketball, air hockey and darts. There are also tennis rackets and bikes.There are also a variety of table games.
The granite topped kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a family holiday.
The bedrooms offer a king bedroom with ensuite, a queen bed with ensuite, a further downstairs queen bed with adjacent bathroom . The two twin rooms share the house bathroom and the den, equipped with day bed with pull-out trundle bed has the facility to share the queen master bathroom.The den also has sony playstation 2.
Also available are crib and high chair for the very young renters.
Towels for home and pool plus all bedding are provided.
There are free local phone calls and internet access.

Pool	The pool and spa are regularly cleaned an maintained. The extended deck offers space and seating for the whole party. The sun shines onto the deck fom early morning until the evening. There are 8 loungers, 10 chairs, two tables and a BBQ.

Amenities

Highlands Reserve renters are able to use the community pool, tennis courts and children's playground facilities- the key is held by the local manager.The golf course offers a slightly lower rate for renters.

A variety of shops and eating places are just a couple of minutes drive away- Publix supermarket, Applebees family restaurant plus indian, chinese, pizza, bistro, fish and chips, japanese and a bar

Booking Notes

£200/$300 deposit Final payment 8 weeks prior to booking £250/$400 refundable security deposit pay pal accepted with 5% booking charge- otherwise cheque in USD or BPS. Pool heat is an additional $20/£10 per day prior to arrival.

Minimum stay is 6 nights.
