It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, which has a Walmart Supercentre, Publix Supermarket which is less than 1 mile. We are within 15 minutes of 6 good Golf Courses. Highgate Park is a Gated Community which features on site tennis courts and children playground

Theme Parks in easy reach .. Walt Disney World is 10 minute drive away. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are 25 minutes drive.

Shopping/Dining

Local shops include Publix supermarket and Walmart minutes away from Highate.Plenty of well known restaurants are also located nearby which also offers delivery. All the facilities of Highway 192 are also a short drive away.

Rental Rates

The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is recommended during the winter months and is extra. £100 per week
