This beautiful new home on Highgate Park has all you need for that perfect vacation. The property is air conditioned throughout and has its own pool and spa. This lovely gated community is only 10 minutes from Disney World and close to all the other parks. Nearby are shops, supermarkets, golf courses, restaurants and take-aways. Highgate Park has is own tennis court and childrens play area.

Features

Lounge	The heart of this home is the superb great room, the lounge area has direct access out to the pool area, cable TV and wi-fi broadband internet access. A DVD player and games console are also provided. One of the sofas opens out to form a bed.
Family Room	The great room has wonderful high vaulted ceilings and its open plan means that it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. It was the main reason that we chose this particular home. All of the furnishings have been chosen to reflect the tropical atmosphere.
Dining Room	The formal dining area is ideal for those special meals whether you make them yourself or buy them in.
Bedroom 1	The king master bedroom has direct access out to the pool area. Cable TV. There is a walk in closet and a huge master bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, twin vanity units and separate toilet. A hairdryer is also provided.
Bedroom 2	The queen bedroom is next to the full bathroom. It has its own cable TV and lots of closet space
Bedroom 3	Twin room with own TV and lots of closet space. The pink flamingoes on the bedspreads and the light furniture set the tropical feel. Twins can be pushed together to form doubles if it is all couples. Option of Disney Princess bedding for young guests
Bedroom 4	The darker furniture and bedspreads create a more masculine feel. Own cable TV and again lots of closet space. Option of Toy Story bedding for young guests
Bathrooms	As well as the master bathroom and the full bathroom there is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the twin rooms. This is lockable from either side and divided so that you can all get ready to go off to the theme parks together. All linens and towels.
Kitchen	The kitchen is equippped with all the appliances you might need, including full size oven, microwave, fridge/feezer, coffee maker. Plates, cutlery and glassware are all provided.
Utility Room	A full size washer and dryer means that you can pack light - leaving room in your suitcase for all the bargains and souvenirs.
Games Room	We now have a games room with pool, air hockey, foosball, electronic basketball and darts. Bar stools and table provide a place for the spectators to relax. Fun for all ages.
Pool	The enclosed pool area has a lovely shaded lanai with table and chairs. There are also sun loungers. The deck has been extended beyond the pool so that this is one of the few pools that you can sit all the way around - lots of loungers, chairs and tables.The pool and spa have a solar cover to keep in the heat that is easily removed using the roller. A safety screen is also provided. Heating extra. Planted all around for privacy and colour
Other Info	A pack and play crib and high chair is available free of charge. We have a changing mat and several very basic strollers for your use. Bed rail and door gate for toddlers.Please let us know if you need these.

Shopping/Dining

There is a huge selection of dining opportunites within minutes of the villa. Something to suit every taste and pocket. A lot of restaurants and take-aways deliver right to the door. Orlando is a shoppers paradise with everything from flea markets to designer.

Booking Notes

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance becomes payable 8 weeks before departure. We have an automated booking system on our web site which allows you to pay by credit or debit card. Security deposit pay with booking £200

Minimum stay is 4 nights. You can arrive on any day. This allows you to get the best priced flights - more money to spend while you are there.

Rental Rates

The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is extra. £10 per day payable with booking
Rates in currencies other than GBP are approximate- your card will be charged in GBP and at the rate that is relevant on the day.
On our booking system we offer an optional damage waiver insurance at £25 if you do not wih to tie up your credit card with the security deposit.
