Located on the elegant Four Corners estate off highway 27 you are only 15 minutes from Disney and within easy reach of all Orlando's major attractions. The area has an abundance of top class golf courses, restaurants and shops and yet still gives you the opertunity to unwind in peace and quiet by your private pool.

Lounge	The large open plan lounge has lofted ceilings and is beautifully furnished, including 2 sofas (1 a queen sofa bed)a TV, DVD and HiFI with a selection of DVDs, CDs and books.
Dining Room	The separate dining area is excelent for family dining and has doors out to the pool deck.
Bedroom 1	The luxurious larger master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, radio alarm clock, highspeed internet acess, a spacious walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2	Bedroom 2 and 3 both have twin beds, TVs, radio alarm clocks and spacious built in closets. They are situated close to the main bathroom.
Bathrooms	The main bathroom situated close to bedrooms 2&3 has a bath with a shower over it . The fabulous en-suite bathroom has a seperate bath and shower cubicle.
Kitchen	The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and crockery, cutlery, pans etc.
Utility Room	The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games Room	The games room has a pool table and a full size table tennis table it also has has remote controlled wall mounted fans.
Pool	The larger than average pool has optional heating and is south facing. The area is fully screened to keep out insects. The pool has a lovely open aspect to the rear of the house and comfortable furniture is provided. There is also a safty fence to protect

Disney Theme Parks 15 minutes, Universal and Seaworld 25 Minutes,Kennedy Space Centre 1 hour and the Gulf coast approximatly 1 hour.

Shopping/Dining

Excelent supermarkets only 5 minutes away (Walmart and Publix). Orlando Premium outlets just a 20 minute drive for all the bargains you could wish for. There are a large variety of new restaurants along Highway 27 including Chilli's, Appleby's, and Crackerbarrel all of which we loved. You are also only 5 minutes from Highway 192 and all it has to offer.
