Welcome to our beautiful Florida villa which has a large 30ft x 15ft pool and a spa. The screened pool and deck area faces south west and catches the sun from early morning till sunset.
This villa in Orlando Florida is privately owned and includes all those personal touches of luxury that you will not find in a hotel room.

Our efficient management company in Orlando, maintains our Florida villa and are on call 24 hours a day to ensure you have a relaxing holiday in this Florida Sunshine Home.
This new Florida pool villa is only 8 miles from Disney and close to all major attractions.
Fantastic 30ft x 15ft south west facing pool and spa Barbecue supplied free of charge.
GAMES ROOM with Pool Table, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts. Golf clubs are supplied F.O.C.
For our younger guests we supply a travel cot, high chair, stroller, baby moniter and safety fencing for the pool area.
Cable TV's in all bedrooms. DVD, video, stereo and play station 2 provided. HBO Cable TV in family room. Computer with Internet Access and Safe.

World class golf courses are on your doorstep, and other activities such as walking, fishing, air boat rides etc. are just a few miles away.
Booking Notes
4 Night Stay Minimum DEPOSIT The deposit to secure your booking is £100/$150 per week. SECURITY DEPOSIT A refundable security deposit of £200/$250 is charged and will be refunded when the management company has checked the property.
POOL AND SPA HEATING is optional and is charged at £15 / $25 per day. JUST SPA HEATING is available at £5/$10 per day.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by cheque(check) or if you prefer we can take payment by credit/debit card. Please note there is a 3.5% handling charge for credit card payments.
TAXES AND CLEANING FEE
- All bookings subject to 11% Florida Tourist tax. Taxes may be waived for extended stays. Tell owner you saw the advertisement here to get your taxes waived.
Cleaning Fees - All bookings less than seven nights are subject to a cleaning fee.
