Located off US27 in the Greater Groves Community our villa is only 10 minutes drive from DISNEYWORLD, whilst other attractions such as SEAWORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and WETN'WILD are all within 25 minutes drive. There are also an abundance of shops & restaurants only a short drive from the villa and a major supermarket just a short distance from the community. The community has sidewalks, streetlights, children's playground, tennis & basketball courts, a sand volleyball court and a community pool
Our villa has its own private pool with spa, aircon, open plan kitchen with all modern appliances, full sized pool table, DVD player, Play Station 2, and cable TV in all rooms. Cot & high chair are available. There are 2 living areas, which allow children to watch TV & DVDs in one room, while the adults can relax & unwind in the other living area. The Master bedroom has a KING SIZED BED and en suite, with the second bedroom having a QUEEN SIZED BED AND ITS OWN BATHROOM. This leaves two twin bedrooms either side of a THIRD BATHROOM allowing children to have their own bathroom between them. Ample towels & bedding are provided for you.

Florida is famous for its top class golf courses and if GOLF is your game there are a number of outstanding courses nearby including Orange Lake Country Club - Legends, Championsgate, Falcon's Fire and Orange County National.
