Located within the prestigious sanctuary resort of Glenbrook, our South facing vacation home was built in the summer of 2005.

This executive style Florida villa offers luxury living in spacious and well-appointed surroundings.

The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge, family room, fully fitted kitchen, games room and separate utility room. The outside deck area houses a good sized swimming pool and spa, which provides the finishing touch to this superb villa.

With the Disney theme parks less than a 10 minute drive away, and a wide choice of shops and restaurants nearby, this is an ideal choice for your holiday venue.

Glenbrook has an on-site Clubhouse which allows our guests to take full advantage of the excellent resort facilities. Our vacation home is professionally managed by a local company to ensure that you receive the highest level of standards for your Florida vacation.

Features

Lounge	A peaceful room for relaxing in after a busy day, the lounge has both a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa that doubles as a sleeper for one or two people. In this room, there is a formal dining area for those quiet nights in.
Family Room	A large room, with patio doors which open out onto the Pool deck. In addition to the dining table & chairs, we have included several comfortable sofas. A large screen TV, video, DVD and Playstation are provided for your entertainment.
Dining Room	Forming part of the large Family Room, we have a good sized dining table and chairs, together with a breakfast bar and stools, so that 8-people can be easily accomodated in one sitting.
Bedroom 1	Our King Master Bedroom is a luxurious and well appointed room with en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. A 19-inch television set (cable) is included in this room.
Bedroom 2	The Queen Master Bedroom features patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck, with a spacious en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. A 13-inch television set (cable) is included in this room.
Bedroom 3	The first twin room contain two single beds, and shares the 3rd bathroom with our other twin. This room has it's own 13-inch television set (cable).
Bedroom 4	The second twin room contain two single beds, and shares the 3rd bathroom with our other twin. This room has it's own 13-inch television set (cable).
Bathrooms	In addition to the two Master bedrooms having their own bathrooms, we have a third bathroom, with wc, sink and shower, for use by the two twin bedrooms.
Kitchen	The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes electric range, microwave oven, dishwasher, US-sized refrigerator and bar area with stools.
Utility Room	The separate Utility Room has individual washer and dryer machines, with iron and ironing board included.

Amenities

Glenbrook Resort has its own Clubhouse, with gymnasium, tennis and volleyball courts, large swimming pool, games room and media lounge, which is free to use by our guests.

Shopping/Dining

Close to local shops, and a Walmart supercenter is located at Cagans Crossing, less than 2-miles away. There is a good selection of restaurants and takeaways nearby. With easy access to SR-192 and Interstate Highway I-4, all of the major shopping centers and malls are within easy reach by car.

Booking Notes

Payment can be US$ or UK £ sterling. All prices are inclusive of State & County taxes, utilities and cleaning (before/after your stay). Pool & Spa Heating is Optional $140/£95 p.week We do also request a Security Deposit of $265 / £180 with your paymen

There is no minimum stay, although a cleaning charge of $80 / £55 applies to any stay of less than 5 nights.
